  • SS.01 / Tempo

    Episode 1

    Day 1 of our Summer Sweat Series fam LESSSSSSGO! This flow is all about tempo, dynamic movement, and utilizing the core as the forefront to each movement. This flow starts out with high energy and stays that way through four different blocks of training.

  • SS.02 / Sweat

    Episode 2

    We are back to our classic Sweat style format with a spicy little twist. This workout is comprised of two separate blocks, each designed to increase your work capacity, push your anaerobic threshold, and challenge your aerobic system. It’s called Summer SWEAT for a reason!

  • SS.03 / Mobility

    Episode 3

    STRONG / LEAN / FLEX our take on mobility with a bonus superset to strengthen the knees and shoulders. This full body mobility flow is focused on knee and back/shoulder health while providing additional benefits to the entire body. Get in touch with your breathing, slow it down, and enjoy the ride!

  • SS.04 / Perform

    Episode 4

    This classic strength and conditioning flow utilizes two medium dumbbells and provides a full body workout in an efficient amount of time. Keeping with our Summer Sweat vibes, there is a healthy amount of conditioning to keep you on your toes!

  • SS.05 / Full Body EMOM

    Episode 5

    The 20 Minute EMOM is high energy, simplistic, and full body. Utilizing bodyweight, this workout is meant to be utilized throughout the Summer Sweat series.
